Psychosis in the Clinic

Jérôme Lecaux will present on the early Freud and later Lacan to develop a theoretical understanding of psychosis. He will give a short case on paranoia showing how a delusion can be understood in relation to the Borromean knot and how a delusion can work as a knotting of the real, symbolic and the imaginary.

This will be followed by case presentations by two LCA members, Serena Smith and Jonathan Redmond, to which Jérôme will respond.

Jérôme Lecaux is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, a member of the NLS and the École de la Cause freudienne.
