Refund Policy
Seminars
Seminars require full payment at least seven days prior to the course date, unless you make an arrangement with the convenor otherwise. In the event of cancellation by the attendee prior to the commencement of the seminar, a full refund will be given. A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations up to five weeks into the course. Withdrawals later than week five are not entitled to a refund.
In the event of a seminar being cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance beyond our control (e.g. unavailability of the teacher due to illness), the cost of the seminar will be refunded. The Circle may instead reschedule the seminar at a later date, and the pro rata refund will be given only if you are not able to attend the rescheduled session.
Conferences and colloquia
Conferences and colloquia (and any other one-off event organised by the Circle) require full payment before the event commences on the day. If the attendee cancels prior to the commencement of the event, a full refund will be given.
