Jérôme Lecaux

The Lacan Circle of Australia presents Psychosis in the Clinic - Clinical Study Day with Jérôme LecauxClinical Study Day With Jérôme Lecaux (NLS-ECF-WAP)

Psychosis in the Clinic

Jérôme Lecaux presented on the early Freud and later Lacan to develop a theoretical understanding of psychosis. He gave a short case on paranoia showing how a delusion can be understood in relation to the Borromean knot and how a delusion can work as a knotting of the real, symbolic and the imaginary.

This was followed by case presentations by two LCA members, Serena Smith and Jonathan Redmond, to which Jérôme responded.

Jérôme Lecaux is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, a member of the NLS and the École de la Cause freudienne.
